The Oval Door Knob 4064 features a classic design and is ideal for doors. Please note this item is available in multiple options. See below for more details
Mortice Set
The mortice set is designed to be used with a mortice lock or latch. This consists of two knobs, two plates and two escutcheons. Spindle and fixing screws are supplied.
Rim Set
The rim set is designed to be used with a rimlock. This set consists of two knobs, one plate and one escutcheon. Spindle and fixing screws are supplied.
These knobs are also available with differing spindles.
Pitts Spindle
Pitt spindles are a standard floating spindle. With this option the backplate or rose is attached to the knob.
Wilkes Spindle
Wilkes spindles have a screw fitting with the spindle. Wilkes sets are supplied with loose backplates.
This product is cast using a smooth style pattern and can be purchased in Black, Pewter and Argent.(Please see below for the different finishes)

Like all Kirkpatrick products, this door knob is manufactured in our Walsall based foundry using traditional techniques.
For both the Black and Pewter finish, an initial layer or paint and then a second layer or powder coating is applied to created a durable protective coating. For Argent, a clear lacquer is applied to maintain the bare metal look.
