This high quality hinge front has been manufactured by hand in our foundry based in the heart of the Black Country using traditional sand casting methods.
Every Kirkpatrick iron product is made from Malleable iron. Malleable iron is the toughest and most durable material available for a traditional product like this. A two coat protective layer, which consists of a coat of black paint and then a second coat of black powder is used on every product.
